These are documents, I will need you to provide. The other party will also have a right to review these documents.
Parenting Class Requirements - All cases involving children generally are required to take a parenting class.
Mutual Restraining Order - In all Divorces this Order automatically goes into effect, you need to follow this, it should be in your Divorce Petition.
It is contained in ORS 107.093!
Health Insurance Rights - If the other party provides your health insurance, you have a right to continue on the insurance until the divorce is final
and then you have the right to COBRA in on the same policy.
